Where multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — all such accounts may be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

Bull99a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. Bull99a is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), Driver's License, or Passport. Acceptable proof of address documents include a utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Unifi) or bank statement dated within the preceding three (3) months. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.
Bull99a accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account tier.
All transactions on the Platform are processed and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where a Player initiates a transaction in a different currency (e.g., a cryptocurrency deposit), the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. Bull99a does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may do so independently.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmed payment. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within the stated timeframe, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
You confirm that all funds deposited on the Platform are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Bull99a reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
Withdrawals of Real Money Funds may be requested at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding applicable daily or weekly limits; and (d) the Player's Account being in good standing with no active investigation or dispute.
Bull99a targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) in under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers in 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers in 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be exceeded during peak processing periods or where additional verification is required.
Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. Bull99a reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to any payment method that differs from the original deposit source.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the bull99a Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of availability. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms in this document and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn or converted to Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. As a general guide, bull99a welcome bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer selected.
Bull99a operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics; and coordinated exploitation of promotional offers across related accounts. Bull99a reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings derived from abused bonuses, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus Funds that have not been utilised within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from a Player's Account balance without notice. Bull99a is under no obligation to notify Players of imminent bonus expiry.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake amount, odds, and market type — before confirming placement. Bull99a does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except in the specific circumstances outlined in Section 8.3 below.
Bull99a offers betting markets on a range of sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, UFC, and international football competitions. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds that appear at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the wager.
A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned to the Player's Real Money Balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; a material error in odds pricing is identified; or the bet is placed on a market that does not have sufficient information to settle correctly. Bull99a's decision on void bets is final.
Bull99a applies maximum single-event and cumulative weekly payout limits. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier. Current limits are available on request from the support team. Where a winning wager would result in a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, only the maximum payout amount will be credited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bull99a Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bull99a's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Bull99a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform.
Bull99a does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. Bull99a will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
A Player may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Bull99a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; (b) the Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) the Player has provided false or misleading information; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bull99a.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from bonus activity will be voided. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the Player where no wrongdoing is established. Bull99a will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
Bull99a may revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — bull99a will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered Players and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing provisions) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with bull99a's support team may be escalated to formal dispute resolution proceedings.
